Primal Instinct — Thomas Piekarski
Brazenly preternatural
and antithetical
canonical light
integrates with
clashing gasses
way beyond
digitized heaven
meanwhile our
spiteful oligarchs
perpetuate pain
like rainforests
pitifully aflame
also regrettable
radiation plumes
arctic icebergs
perhaps tainted
now imagine
orangutan embers
airborne while
in succession
lightning spears
perpetually pierce
dead center
into indivisible
minds’ eyes
