Recording Session–Maeva Wunn
Fresh in my mind
is the feel of your hand
as you touched mine
palm to palm
callous hardened
fingertips
touching each other’s
wrists
our pulses beat
in 4/4 time
but for the skips
of stuttering hearts
when our eyes locked
and you said to me
in your softest voice
that the greatest muse
is unsatisfied
longing.
